About DCW Logistics
20 Years Bridging North American Business with Mexico
DCW Logistics was built on one conviction: USA and Canadian companies deserve a knowledgeable, trustworthy guide when navigating Mexico's complex trade environment.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Daniel Willeme
Daniel Willeme has spent over two decades working at the intersection of North American trade, customs compliance, and cross-border logistics. His career spans hands-on roles in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and trade consulting — giving him a ground-level understanding of what it actually takes to move goods across the US-Mexico border reliably and compliantly.
Daniel's journey into Mexico trade began early in his career when he joined a customs brokerage firm handling high-volume cross-border shipments. Working directly with brokers, carriers, and importers on both sides of the border, he developed a deep appreciation for how much the right relationships and local knowledge matter in this industry.
Over the years, Daniel held roles in freight forwarding operations, trade compliance advisory, and logistics management — building a network of trusted brokers, agents, and partners across Mexico's major ports of entry including Tijuana and Mexicali.
He founded DCW Logistics to serve a gap he kept seeing: North American businesses entering the Mexican market without a reliable guide, making costly mistakes that experienced counsel could have prevented. DCW exists to be that counsel — practical, experienced, and genuinely invested in each client's success.
